With 20+ years of experience in recruiting and HR, Neda is a data-driven talent leader skilled in building high-performing teams across locations and domains. She has led teams at top tech companies, including Amazon and Twitter, and collaborated with prominent venture-backed startups on the agency side. More recently, she has also partnered with hospitality organizations focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR legal compliance, with a strong focus on creating inclusive, compliant, and people-first workplaces.
